Shane began his professional career in the early 1990s as a professional fighter, competing for 11 years with over 300 amateur bouts and 23 pro fights. That experience instilled the perseverance, accountability, and competitive mindset that continue to define his approach to business today.
In 2001, he transitioned into entrepreneurship as the owner of a commercial construction company in Crosby, Texas, growing it into a multi-state operation serving Texas, Louisiana, and Florida before successfully selling the business in 2015. His strength has always been client-focused—building trust, managing field operations, and ensuring quality execution.
He has since owned and operated and currently runs income-producing commercial assets, giving him firsthand insight into asset operations, tenant relations, and long-term value. Shane brings a practical, owner-level perspective to commercial buyers, sellers, and investors.
